Our floatrooms are large and airy with a normal door not a hatch making it easy for young, old, the able and the less able to get in and out. Each room has it's own private changing space, power shower and lights inside that you control whilst floating even towel and toiletries are provided.One of our friendly staff will introduce you to the floating experience. Forget your cares as you drift away.You spend a luxurious hour floating on an epsom salt solution only 10" deep but so dense that you cannot help but float effortlessly. A floatation tank has many benefits, the salt itself has been linked to easing arthritis and improving the condition of the skin as well as detoxifying the system. Flotation tanks are useful in pregnancy, increasing creativity, circulation and energy levels. The Flotation tank creates harmony and homeostasis in the body, balance between left and right brain, balance in the body's skeletal and muscular systems and balance between mind, body and spirit.

Take a glass of water to bed and leave it on the bedside cabinet.
When you awaken, spit into the water.
Do NOT try to gather spit from the inside of your mouth, just spit whatever you have, however little, into the water.
Allow to stand for 15 minutes, then gently swill the contents round in the glass.

Hold glass up to the light.
